I performed a bank transfer, but my balance hasn't updated

Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the banks transaction processing times, which means that it may be 1-2 business days before we receive your funds. We'll send you a notification and add the balance to your wallet as soon as we receive the funds. Please double check the account number that you used when you performed the deposit by navigating to AUD "Deposit" in the app and cross-referencing the numbers with your bank account statement. If the numbers don't match, contact support and we'll resolve the issue for you.
