For security reasons, in order to update the contact email address associated with your GoldPass account, you will need to raise a support ticket, email email@example.com, or alternatively call us on +61 8 9421 7218.
For security reasons, before we are able to update your email address, you will first need to verify identity information associated with your GoldPass account.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your identity has been verified and we have updated your email address, in order to log in to the GoldPass app, you will need to enter the ORIGINAL email address that you used to open your account NOT your new contact email address. This is because the original email address that you used to open your account is your GoldPass Account ID, which will never change. All email will however be directed to your new contact email address.
